Complete MES Delivery, Start to Sustain test

Four service lines cover everything you need to decide on, install and run a Manufacturing Execution System — with one accountable team from first walk-through to the tenth line.

Our Services

Four Service Lines. One Accountable Team.test

From assessment through long-term support, each stage is connected so your MES programme moves from business case to production without losing the original requirements.

Service 1 · Assess

Assessment & Roadmap TESTING

We start on the floor. By following material, people and data through your lines, we show where re-keying, waiting and paper records cost you — and which of those an MES can actually fix.

Activities testing

  • Line walk-throughs and operator interviews
  • Current-state mapping against ISA-95 levels
  • Gap analysis for traceability, quality and OEE data
  • Business case and phased roadmap

Service 2 · Select

Vendor-Neutral Selection

We start from your requirements and processes, not a product catalogue. Vendors demonstrate your scenarios rather than their slideware, and are scored against criteria agreed in advance.

Typical activities

  • User requirements specification with operators and quality
  • RFP preparation and vendor briefing
  • Scripted demonstrations on your scenarios
  • Weighted scoring and commercial review

Deliverables

  • URS
  • RFP pack
  • Scored shortlist
  • Commercial review

Service 3 · Implement

Implementation & Integration

We model your plant hierarchy and master data, configure the MES around your processes and integrate the systems around it. One pilot line goes live first; the design is captured as a template for the rest.

Typical activities

  • Plant model, master data and functional design
  • Configuration of execution, instructions and quality checks
  • Interfaces to ERP, SCADA, PLC, historian and LIMS
  • Pilot line cutover and rollout template

Deliverables

  • Functional design
  • Pilot line
  • Interface specs
  • Cutover plan

Service 4 · Validate & Sustain

Validation & Lifecycle Support

Validation is part of how we configure and test the system, following risk-based GAMP 5 principles, with audit trails and electronic signatures designed for 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 expectations. After go-live we stay for hypercare and hand over to your team.

Typical activities

  • Validation plan, protocols and traceability matrix
  • Audit trail and electronic signature design
  • Operator and super-user training
  • Hypercare, KPI dashboards and upgrade planning

  • Validation plan
  • Test protocols
  • Training

What a Well-Run MES Does

Eight Jobs Your Floor Stops Doing by Hand

Dispatch and execute

Releases orders to the right line, sequences the work and walks operators through each step.

Batch and device records

Replaces paper travellers with records that are complete as the work is done, reviewed by exception.

Material genealogy

Lot-to-lot traceability, forward and backward, so a recall query takes minutes instead of days.

In-process quality

Inspections, SPC and holds at the point of work, with non-conformances raised the moment they occur.

Equipment and OEE

Downtime and rejects captured from machine signals, each with a reason code the operator confirms.

Line and tool status

Changeovers, cleaning, calibration and maintenance state checked before a job may start.

Labour and qualification

Only trained, authorised operators can start a task that requires it, with the record to prove it.

ERP integration

Production orders down; confirmations, consumption and yield back up, over OPC UA, MQTT and REST.

Integration

Connects to the Systems You Already Run

We integrate with the ERP, control and quality systems already on your floor, over open interfaces, so you replace as little as possible.
